ART MARKET  8/1 - Has shown regressive form for a while now and managed to go through Gary Moore's stable without a win. Ran in a group 2 race for Paul Cole early on but currently running about 3st below that form. Handicapper has been slow to relent lately and although the brea may have freshened him up, he has plenty to prove back at this trip. Yet to show form on easy ground

RESCUE ME  85/40 - This filly has shown best form on fast ground and any further rain would be a worry. It may be though that she is improving and faces some more exposed types here.

MAYBE I WILL  9/1 - Well below form last twice after a couple of Bath victoriesand despite a small drop in class maybe best watched today.

GROSS PROPHET  7/1 - Anything from this stable interesting but but Tom Dascombe has had this one a while and not showing too much despite handicappers leniency. Difficult to determine if the mile is really what he wants. Sure to pop up soon and could be today but short enough in the market.

WELCOME RELEAF 8/1 - Seems best at Southwell and although has shown form on fast turf, soft ground an unknown and prefer to wait until he re-appears at Southwell.

DR SYNN  15/2 - Has broken a blood vessel and beaten a fair way yesterday. Cheekpieces back on may help and not impossible to see a good show but dreadful win record and more likely to place than win.

RIVER N' BLUES  28/1 - Shown little this year and looks to have plenty on taking on elders for first time.

HURSTERPOINT  18/1 - Looks to be punching above weight here having been beaten regularly in claimers for Richard Fahey.

A-ONE  18/1 - Apparent improvement last time came in amateur races and looks unlikely here from out the weights.

CONCLUSION: Doubts about most of these but RESCUE ME is improving and looks the most likely winner. DR SYNN may run well at a price and GROSS PROPHET should also be involved.
