ClockStopper is run by Wayne and was formed online in 2011 after many years of running the tip generation software locally on his PC.
ClockStopper software analyses in detail every horses previous runs and converts them into a unique rating rating based on his own course standards and going conversions. It then takes the ratings and converts them to show a rating of how well the horse fairs at todays conditions.
The software was designed to find overpriced selections from a trading perspective but do very well as straight win tips.
Wayne himself is a pre race back to lay trader. He started punting over 20 years ago and use to run other football and american sport sites such as footietipstersuk and Ukcapper.
