Profile of Fineform
In general, I specialise in handicap races.
I pay close attention to how a certain race will be run and whether it will suit the horse I am interested in backing. As such, I will only normally offer up a selection if I'm sure of a fast early pace - preferably an end-to-end gallop. Slowly-run races often provide shock results.
If there are doubts about the going, draw bias, the price or any other highly important variable, I will wait until as late as possible until advising a bet. I follow horses that travel well in races and/or have demonstrated a turn of foot in a truly run race.
Only in exceptional circumstances would I suggest a bet at less than 2-1. At short prices you have to back too many winners and it doesn't pay in the long term. Access Tips For Fineform
